The A10 is well built, it works by spinning the cup insert in a variety of patterns and directions in order to make you have an orgasm where your screaming at the top of your lungs.

You have the R1 controller that your able to choose 7 different rotation patterns and 7 different speeds to combine the pattern with. The speed control is a pro and a con because its more of a power or torque control, if your penis is thicker then this is a good feature because you increase the power/torque to spin the unit.

The A10 unit comes with 1 spacer, the medusa head cup insert and a silicone bumper thingy so when its placed against your pubic area it has cushion. You can and will want to order more spacers depending on how long your penis is. The goal of the unit is to spin around your penis head, this makes perfect sense because you get 90% or more of your pleasure from the head of your penis, especially the Frenulum (underside of penis head where the ridges meet)

You screw in the spacers and then add the cushion part, I use 3 spacers on my unit but I think I could use 2, I find it better when I use 3 because then the insert I have in is just on my head and puts less strain on the motor.
The Medusa head cup insert (M/L) is a great cup, its basically a silicon cup with a bunch of tentacle feelers the rub all over the penis head as it rotates in the mode you select. Once again this toy is fantastic, It can be hands free the only thing you need to do is get a pair of stretchy pajamas or larger underwear, I needed to cut a hole in my pajamas to make it fit perfectly but the one end just pops out and I close the zipper button around it to keep it in place. The problems Iv had with the A10:
My first A10 broke after about a month, **BUT** you must understand that I used it a lot! Still it seemed to be a problem with the unit itself, the gears sounded like they were grinding. I contacted ToyDemon (place where I got it) and they promptly sent me a new one after I sent mine back.

Recently it broke again **BUT** again this was after a year to a year and a half, I jerk off a lot and I do use adderall to help me because I am on pain killers for my chronic back pain. The adderall allows me to not use my pain killers because it numbs my pain slightly, on the other hand the adderall makes my sex drive go into overdrive times 10 so I typically will use the device for a 14+ hour period jerking off over and over again with it. I don't recommend this to anyone, I have a script for both of these medications, and its obveous that it broke my toy after a year. I would still say thats pretty damn good because the amount I used the device in a year = the same ammount a normal guy without my problems would use it in a 5-10 year lifetime.

Things I wish were different:
The device uses micro usb to connect to the R1 controller and 3 C size batteries to power the A10. This is great that it uses micro usb but it cant be connected to a computer!!! That annoys the hell out of me, if your going to make the product with a connection meant for a computer, make it connect to the computer! They do make micro USB to standard USB converters and I looked at the power output of a USB port compared to the power of the 3 C size batteries, A USB port on a computer could power the A10!!! Its 2010 people I'm fucking tired of replacing batteries so at the very least if you cant make a computer program to control the A10 unit at least allow the power to come from the USB port, almost all the boys I know jerk off in front of the computer anyways. They could have made a separate add on part for people who want to use batteries or even people who want to use wall outlets. In a perfect world the Rends A10 would be able to connect to a computers USB port and you could then get power from the computer and have a little program to make your own rotation patterns for the A10, I do not run windows os on my laptop (where I jerk off at) I run Linux and I would have gladly installed windows if Rends would have done this and required windows. Then again this is a major problem with I think all male masturbation devices, they all need batteries excluding the extreme high end units like the Venus 2000 that uses a wall outlet but that thing is way over priced and just has a simple smooth sleeve. Rends is releasing a new product come spring/summer 2011 called the A10 piston, it is suppose to thrust up and down and hopefully this will be usb powered and usb programmable
